These terms apply when you use the PROTEAM KIT store. They apply to this store only.

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items in your cart. We accept when we confirm dispatch; if an item is unavailable or priced incorrectly, we will contact you and refund in full rather than ship something you did not agree to.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include the full total at checkout before you pay.

We sell fan-version and replica fan apparel for supporters. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and product photos show the garment that ships. Team and league names appear on this site to identify the kit fans are looking for; all related marks belong to their respective owners and are not affiliated with this store.

We accept Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB. Payment is taken when your order is confirmed.

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1-7 days and delivery takes 7-21 business days (custom items add 7-14 days) from dispatch, depending on destination. Delivery terms are set out in full on the shipping policy page.

Our returns promise is simple: 30-day postage paid returns. The full process, eligibility and refund timing live on the refund policy page.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the store operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
