Shipping Policy

Orders of $78 or more ship free. Orders under $78 carry a flat $6.99 standard shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay — no hidden charges at the door.

Delivery takes 7-21 business days (custom items add 7-14 days) from dispatch. The exact window depends on your destination — customs checks and carrier schedules set the pace, and two parcels shipped the same day can arrive days apart.

Once the carrier scans your parcel into its network, the tracking number activates and we email it to you. Right after dispatch a tracking reference can sit quiet for a short while — that is the carrier network catching up, not a problem with the parcel.

Parcels crossing borders can be assessed by the destination country. Any import duties or taxes that apply are set and collected there, and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. A parcel that has to travel again to reach you delays everything; message us before dispatch and we will fix any mistake in time.

If tracking stops moving, or a parcel arrives damaged, email fanservice2026@outlook.com with your order number. We open a trace with the carrier or arrange the fix, and keep you posted until it is resolved.
